BYRON RODGERS – Christian Men’s Leadership Bio
Byron Rodgers is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran (two deployments to Iraq) with over a decade of international leadership across security, discipleship, and Christian men’s ministry. He holds a Master’s in Forensic Psychology and degrees in business and counseling, combining academic insight with operational excellence. As founder and CEO of Bravo Research Group, Byron leads a global private security organization serving high-profile clientscelebrities, CEOs, religious and political figuresacross more than 60 countries. He established the League of Executive Protection Specialists (now Bravo Training Group), a premier training enterprise nurturing elite security operatives through firearms, medevac, contact driving, and executive protection protocols. He also founded the Executive Protection Lifestyle podcast, which has grown into a widely followed resource offering transformative insight on protection as a lifestyle, not just a job. Byron is the founder of Sons of God, a Christian men’s discipleship movement seeking to reclaim Biblical masculinity and spiritual authority for the Kingdom. Recent podcast episodes such as Strength vs Power – Meekness (EP 26) and Walking with the Fire of God (EP 28) emphasize the importance of controlled spiritual authority and calling men to walk in divine fire and sons-of-God identity. He received an honorary doctorate in Christian Business Leadership from Christian Impact University, affirming his integration of Kingdom leadership with business acumen in faith-based entrepreneurial and protective service contexts. Byron is the author of Finding Meaning After the Military, a personal guide for transitioning from warrior to civilian life. He also regularly delivers keynote speeches, pastoral counsel, and men’s leadership workshops.
